Behind the Batter

The Scoop: Local Handcrafted Ice Cream Meets Apple Blondies

Throw on your fall vest, head to your local orchard, and start picking your peck (while eating a few apples along the way), but make sure to save some room, because boy, do we have some fall treats for you! And the best part? You don't need to bake!

Vermont is known for many things, including abundant apple orchards. That's the inspiration behind our Apple Blondie.  We teamed up with our favorite local ice cream shop, The Scoop, because we could not think of a better fall treat than warm Apple Blondies and local handcrafted ice cream!

Take a look...

YES, that is an Apple Blondie Sundae!  Have you ever seen anything so good and chock full of fall flavors? Sundae includes: Apple Blondies, handcrafted Apple Streusel ice cream from The Scoop, and fresh apple slices from Champlain Orchards in Shoreham, VT.

Simplicity: Warm Apple Blondie topped with classic vanilla ice cream from The Scoop.

More Apple Blondie Sundae!

There's no such thing as too much caramel sauce!

Apple Streusel ice cream in a waffle cone topped with an Apple Blondie. This is a thing of pure beauty.
